By using the MoiGorod portal (moigorod.ru), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree — please don't use the service.

1.Parties

These Terms are a public offer by the portal's operator: Evgenii Dorokhov, a self-employed individual registered in the Russian Federation (professional income tax regime), TIN 272511721775, contact: email@zhedor.com. Using the portal means accepting these Terms.

2.The service

MoiGorod is a city social platform where users communicate and publish content for their city. Some features are available without registration (as a guest).

3.Posting rules

• You are responsible for what you publish and confirm that you have the right to do so.
• Prohibited: illegal content, spam and unapproved advertising, insults and incitement of hatred, fraud, publishing others' personal data, links to malicious resources.
• By publishing content, you grant the portal the right to show it to other users as part of the service.

4.Other people's data and your own

When you post a listing, review, comment or questionnaire you are responsible for the lawfulness of what it contains. Do not post other people's personal data — their names, photos, phone numbers or addresses — without their consent: under Russian Federal Law 152-FZ that is a separate violation and the poster is liable for it. By publishing your own data you consent to its dissemination (art. 10.1 of 152-FZ) and may withdraw that consent by deleting the post or writing to us. See the Privacy Policy for details.

5.Moderation

We may limit posting frequency, hide or delete content and block access when rules are violated — including automatically (anti-spam, anti-flood). Moderation decisions are aimed at community safety.

6.Adult section

The adult dating section is available only after confirming you're of legal age and is hidden from search engines. By using it, you confirm you are 18 or older.

7.Listings, deals and real estate

The portal provides a venue for posting listings and offers. We are not a party to deals between users and aren't responsible for their terms or fulfillment. Verify information and counterparties yourself.

8.Liability

The service is provided «as is». We don't guarantee uninterrupted operation and aren't liable for user content or for damage arising from use of the portal, to the extent permitted by law.

9.Changes

We may update these terms. By continuing to use the portal after changes, you accept the new version.

10.Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Disputes are settled through negotiation first — send a claim to email@zhedor.com and we respond within 30 days — and otherwise in the courts of the Russian Federation.
